நீச்சலில் வித்கரான பட் ஒலிம்பிக் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு சர்வதேச நீச்சல் போட்டிகளில் பங்கேற்று, சாதனை படைத்துள்ளார். மேலும் நீச்சல் பயிற்சியாளராகவும் பணியாற்றி உள்ளார்.
நீச்சல் பயிற்சி மட்டுமல்லாது நடிப்பிலும் ஆர்வம் மிக்க பட் ஸ்பென்சர், 1960ம் ஆண்டு ‛குவல் பென்டஸ்மா டி மியா மரிட்டோ' என்ற படத்தில் முதன்முறையாக நடித்தார்.
